I have fresh nuts
Take your mind out of the gutter right now. That’s not what I mean.
We did a massive shop today (in preparation for T-day and the basic survival stuff) and they had a variety of nuts there. I got a bunch of walnuts and hazelnuts (me likey hazelnuts). They are so nice and fresh. I am so glad I never got rid of our nutcracker. It’s probably been nearly a decade since they have been used but boy howdy did it come in handy today.

Ooohh…that makes me think of our grand “nutcracker meetings”. And now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go see if I can rustle up some nuts that need to be cracked with my awesome nutcracker!
